Cancelling or Changing an Order

Stocked Items:

Orders can be changed as long as the product has not been shipped. Once your order has left one of our fulfillment centers, it can no longer be changed.

Custom Printed Items:

Orders can be changed or cancel up without penalties prior to all approvals. Once items are approved and are in the queue to be printed, as long as it has not been printed and can be stopped, the order can change or be cancels. Any amount of fees occurred during this period maybe charge as additional. Once these order shipped it cannot be changed or canceled.
