Returns and Exchanges

Not loving your purchase? No worries! If you’re not satisfied we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, as long as it:

Is in new condition

Have notified us within 10 days of receiving the item.

Is accompanied by the original invoice/confirmation email.

Is returned within 30 days of original purchase.

The returning items do not have any lingering smells due to your product’s fragrance.

Is NOT any of these products: Custom printed or digital download file

 

To return your order, please contact us for a return shipping address, prepare the package, pay for return shipping to Green Bay, WI (we will not reimburse for return shipping) and mail back to Attention: Returns. There will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from a refund.

For Exchanges, please follow the same steps. We will process the exchange as a new order and mail within our normal order processing. When exchanging, we do not need the product back before processes the exchange order.  

Once we receive your package, we will process and issue a refund minus a restocking fee of 5% of the total sales price *** in accordance with this policy. It is up to you to pay for any returned shipping costs.

Refunds*** will be made in the form of the original payment. Takes at least 2 weeks to fully process refund***.  

 

* Cost differs for returns outside of the US.

** We are not liable for lost packages. However, we will work with you in locating the package in any way we can. 

*** Refund does not include the original shipping cost, only the cost of the product(s)

*** Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to fully process on some orders.

****If any boxes/card have a lingering smell that deems that individual packaging unsuitable for resale, those units will be deducted from the refund and considered “used”.
